Our Policy Overview
At New Age Hotrods, we want to help you take your car to the next level. Because we deal in precision performance and motorsport parts, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the safety and quality of the inventory we pass on to our customers.
Returns on Parts & Components
Return Window: We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Condition Requirement: To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unused, uninstalled, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must be in its original, undamaged manufacturer packaging (including all hardware, instructions, and stickers).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Any part that has been installed, bolted down, or mock-fitted to a vehicle.
- Electrical components (such as ignition coils, fuel pumps, sensors, or wiring harnesses).
- Special order items or custom-fabricated parts
Restocking Fees
All authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection and processing. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged from shipping or we sent you the wrong part, please contact us by phone or email within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and fast-track your replacement part.
